The beer evolved and owner and private businessman Scott Fergusson has gone from leading a group of inquisitive college students to heading a growing beer empire in northeastern Indiana with four tap rooms. The flagship brewery and tap room is located at 300 Industrial Drive in Angola, nestled in an unlikely manufacturing district, complete with an outdoor seating area. A restaurant window in the tap room features fresh fare by Lakeside Farms on the weekends. The Undaunted Single Hop IPA is a favorite along with the Enlighten Kolsh Style Ale and Englishman Southern Brown Ale. Standard brews are always available with roulette beers coming and going. Often there is a specialty beer on tap for mug club members.
